Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected sharing the same device, IP address, phone number, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.

The welcome bonus applies to first-time deposits only, and each member may claim it once. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times by opening additional accounts will be treated as fraud, and all associated accounts will be closed.
A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Withdrawing before completing the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited. Cashback and birthday bonuses generally carry no wagering conditions.
All bets placed on jy9 are final and cannot be changed once confirmed. Please review the odds, stake, and potential payout carefully before placing a bet. If a bet is placed incorrectly due to a technical error, contact support immediately.
Regarding odds changes: for pre-match bets, the odds confirmed at the time of placement will apply. In Live Betting, odds fluctuate rapidly — the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed will be used. jy9 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous or abnormally low odds.
If a match or event is cancelled, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned. In an accumulator, any voided selection will be counted as 1.0 odds.
To protect the integrity and security of jy9, the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture:
Jy9 monitors suspicious activity and is obligated to report it to the relevant authorities when necessary. jy9 reserves the right to take legal action.
Jy9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, proof of underage access, or legal and regulatory requirements.
If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure and no rules have been violated, that balance will be paid out. However, jy9 reserves the right to forfeit balances in cases of fraud or breach of Terms & Conditions.
Members may also request self-exclusion or account closure at any time. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the specified period ends.
